AZA4ICE – Stakeholder Engagement and Circular Aquaculture
This gallery brings together photographs from stakeholder engagement, consultation and learning activities within AZA4ICE — Allocated Zones for Circular Aquaculture to Trigger the Transition to an Inclusive Circular Economy.
Focusing on Montenegro and the Šasko Lake pilot area, these activities connected public authorities, businesses, researchers and community representatives to explore practical pathways towards circular aquaculture. Through the Living Responsible Research and Innovation Ecosystem (LiRRIE), participants shared knowledge, discussed local challenges and helped shape a common vision for responsible aquaculture development.
Contracted by the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro, I supported stakeholder mapping, facilitated consultations and delivered training on circular aquaculture and business transformation. This collaborative work informed Montenegro’s Circular Aquaculture Action Plan and approaches for continued cooperation and transfer of project results.
