The project connects institutions and stakeholders from Italy, Albania and Montenegro to strengthen the skills needed for a sustainable and digital blue economy.
Project meetings, policy discussions and stakeholder dialogues create opportunities to identify skills needs, exchange experience and connect education and training with employers’ priorities. These activities support cooperation across public authorities, academia, businesses and civil society.
As Expert in Policy Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement, Communication and Monitoring & Evaluation, I support participatory processes, facilitate discussions and contribute to policy and competence frameworks. My work also includes communicating project opportunities and results and monitoring progress towards shared objectives.
