Photographs and screenshots from the EXCHANGE launching event, “Blue Pass as New Adriatic Tourism Offer”, held on 19 October 2020. The hybrid format connected participants attending in Dubrovnik and Kotor with colleagues joining online.
The event introduced the project’s objectives, activities and partnership, presenting Blue Pass as a shared tourism product linking aquatic biodiversity and visitor experiences across Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro.
I presented the project activities and deliverables and facilitated the stakeholder mapping session. This discussion helped partners identify relevant organisations, explore their interests and consider opportunities for participation in developing the tourism offer.
